When it comes to trading, there's a lot of studying and practice you should put into it. It is definitely an avenue I am going to pursue in the future. However, for now, I just use "play money" just for fun.

Interest Income is one form of income that can help you compound your money. Before you think I'm talking about small returns of 1%-3% on an annual basis, you must understand how you earn the income.

So there's a saying that I heard, and it's actually been very useful to me and I wanted to share it. The saying was, "If the problem is in the mind, use your body. If the problem is in the body, use your mind."

This comes into play with many psychological factors in the body. Not only does it make us feel better, but the brain literally starts to waive these problems off as if they are not as serious (Which usually aren't). 

So here is what to do if the problem is in your mind:
Use your body. That's it. 
Try exercise or meditation to get rid of what's in your mind or to stop overthinking. 

A lot of times, we overthink. Or we have a lot of problems we have to handle and we get emotional. Maybe something terrible just happened. Start clearing your mind by using your body. If you exercise, you might still think about it, but your body will reward you in many other ways that will psychologically make you more full-filled and happy.

Here's what to do if the problem is in your body:
Use your mind. 

The majority of the time, we just have to use common sense as to what is causing trouble in our bodies. It could be that something hurts inside, it could be that your workout is intense. Using your mind to create mental toughness and/or common sense will go a long way. Of course, if you need medical help, go seek it. 

When you start doing this and creating this habit, your own overall health will start to improve. Healthier weight, healthier mind, happier moods, etc.

As a word of advice, I would recommend listening to some positivity and staying away from negative people. If there is no people/person who is positive, listen to someone online. Focusing on a goal and working towards it is one way to go about finding that positive aspect in your life.

Wouldn't you want to know a great way to invest your hard earned money for great returns in a way not many people would think of? 

Let me start off by saying that I am currently in the process of attaining my goal of achieving financial freedom and abundance. Here is how I am investing my own money for future retirement income/value. 

Know what kind of account is best for you. I personally use the Fidelity Roth IRA account. This way, I am taxed the current year, instead of the future value of your account. When determining the type of retirement account, look up what would be best for your income level. 

Here is how I will be investing for retirement:

10% of income goes directly into the retirement account. 

The goal of retirement is to have a steady and rising source of income. In order to do that, safe and great returns would be best. That is why I have set a stop loss limit order of 20% off all holdings I will have in the account. This way, the most I will lose in a position would be 20%, depending on.

​This is what I will invest in:
When Bitcoin is in a bull market (meaning 20% up from a recession), all retirement money will be invested through the stock (GBTC). This fund will own your Bitcoins while charging a 2% fee annually. If you are looking to own your own Bitcoins, I recommend Coinbase and Binance. Fees are a major problem in retirement, but Bitcoin has seen massive returns. The only way to exit this investment is if Bitcoin loses more than 20% of it's value (as a stop loss limit). 

When Bitcoin is in a recession, I will be invested into dividend paying stocks.
The main investment I will make for these kind of stocks is through REITs (Real Estate Invesment Trust). These REITs by law have to pay shareholders 90% of their income for tax benefits. I will be looking for REITs and stocks with strong numbers. The only way to exit this investment is if the stop loss limit of 20% triggers or if it has made a profit when Bitcoin returns for a bull market. If it's losing money, I will keep it until the stop loss is triggered for the future growth and/or dividends. 

It's this simple. I will be buying 100 shares of a stock and move onto the next. Remember to look for value, not speculation. Bitcoin has been my favorite investment for years.
